kadrr. is an Egyptian frame brand from Alexandria. We make wall frames by hand in a small workshop in Alexandria, from strong aluminium that lasts for years and can be finished in almost any colour, with real glass in front of the art. Prints are made on canvas and other materials, with Swedish varnish for deep, lasting colour.
It started two years ago. Our founder worked at a very clean, beautifully finished company where everything was right except the frames: plastic, sometimes wooden, and they did not suit the space. We decided to build something better, from aluminium, by hand, in Alexandria. Two years of trying, failing and improving later, kadrr. is a real local brand that keeps prices close to its customers and runs strong offers.
